NOX Richmond

I saw the other online reviews of this place and my heart sank, so much so that I stayed away for the first night I booked. I'm so glad that my fears were unfounded. The room was spotless, linens were impeccable, black out curtains as requested and I was away from the main stairs of the hotel and maybe that's why I had a very quiet time. Only little glitch was that I heard the staff toilet flush when the overnight team used it but this happened only once. I will definitely stay here again, thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. The coffee station is amazing too. If you drive in, there's a RingGo car parking facility just opposite the hotel where you can park for 2 hours, if spaces are available.

Exceptional stay- Highly Recommended. Recently had the pleasure of staying at Richmond NOX, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. The room was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my visit. One of the best aspects of my stay was the hotel’s prime location. It is conveniently situated near key attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Richmond NOX exceeded my expectations. The combination of modern amenities, excellent service, and a great location makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

When we return to Richmond, we'll surely stay at Nox on the River Thames. Our room was small but lovely, & very comfortable. We had a beautiful big window to look out of & the shower was so nice. Loved having coffee & cookies in the morning. The location is the best, with the Riverwalk right behind us! We sat by the waters edge watching the world go by. The colorful old wooden boats & ice cream truck made it all seem like a sweet dream.

Our wedding party occupied multiple rooms at Nox Richmond in the days before and after our big day. The reception team were extremely helpful, they assisted us above and beyond our expectations which ultimately added to our nuptials being a memorable experience all round. Room sizes vary but are clean, comfortable and come with all the essentials you could need.
